After 7 years of investigation, the evidence is clear: Jeffrey Epstein was funding the Israelis’ takeover of large parts of American homeland security.
Within the Department of Justice’s infamous Epstein Library, the original pledge agreement between Jeffrey Epstein and former Israeli PM Ehud Barak sits as direct evidence of an Israeli Unit 8200-linked company intending to ply its trade on American soil, initially funded by Jeffrey Epstein’s Southern Trust Company.
There is no doubt that the pledge agreement proves that Jeffrey Epstein was instrumental in Reporty Homeland Security becoming a functioning entity. The name itself, “Reporty Homeland Security”, is a brazen attempt to insert Israeli intelligence assets into a function normally the responsibility of the American state. In this company, a controversial former Prime Minister of Israel and head of the security services, alongside the former head of Unit 8200 Cyber Division of the Israeli Armed Forces, planned to take over functions normally assigned to American homeland security officials, police, and US military personnel.
The document, dated March 2015, signals the formation of the company which would eventually be renamed Carbyne911. As I originally reported in 2019’s article, The Epstein Associate Nobody’s Talking About: The IDF Linked Bond Girl Infiltrating The UK NHS,
“The link between Nicole Junkermann, the Israeli state intelligence services and the Israeli Defence Force is not a tenuous one. The ominously named “Reporty Homeland Security” was the first incarnation of what has now been rebranded “Carbyne911” and is referred to as simply “Carbyne.”
Described as a “global leader in public safety technology,” Carbyne is a call-handling platform app that allows you to, amongst other things, stream any ongoing emergency directly to the responding emergency services. It claimed, in the information section of a promotional video on YouTube, which was entitled “Nicole Junkermann presents Carbyne,” that it will:
“Provide a plug-and-play solution that allows 911 callers to connect their smartphone features to the emergency operator so that the operator can make a better assessment of the emergency. Location data, audio, camera and video access can be shared, providing the operator with greater detail on the situation. The use of Carbyne’s solution will allow emergency management teams to better triage their cases and improve the utilization of downstream emergency services.”
Carbyne911 promised to combine personal data, location data, live video, data from surrounding wearable tech, and even information from parked smart cars to deliver more information to the responding emergency services. They can pinpoint your location, even indoors, to within three feet, and claim they can collect data from dropped calls. However, they don’t mention how they’ll get permission to use such large amounts of available data. Who are the angels behind this revolutionary technology, which aims to bridge the gap between a victim and emergency services?
One of Carbyne’s original directors was Nicole Junkermann. The chairman of the board of directors was Ehud Barak, the 10th Prime Minister of Israel, the 14th Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, former Minister of Defense and former Head of Military Intelligence for Israel. Ehud Barak has a long history as one of the more public faces of Israeli covert operations. Before he was Prime Minister, Ehud Barak was a big name in the IDF. Through the 1970s, he led many operations, including famously disguising himself as a woman to kill members of the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organisation). Ehud Barak has already been linked with Epstein, and even Benjamin Netanyahu has helped to highlight those links for his own political gain.
Amir Elichai was a prominent member of Carbyne911’s original Board of Directors. He was a former Israeli Army officer who served in different positions in the special elite forces and the intelligence corps. The former IDF Unit 8200 Commander Pinchas Buchris was also on the original Board of Directors. Buchris, also a Deputy Commander of an elite IDF operations unit, also served on AIPAC during Carbyne911’s early years. Alex Dizengof, who originally worked on developing cybersecurity software for the Israeli PM, co-founded Reporty and served as its tech lead.
When I first reported on Junkermann’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein in July 2019, my original article had a massive impact on the structure of Carbyne911. My main aim was to expose Nicole Junkermann’s appointment to the UK’s NHS Healthtech Advisory and her investment in OWKIN, a company with NHS contracts that would give them significant access to confidential patient data. My initial article forced the company’s entire board of directors to stand down, replacing the entire board with the intelligence-linked neoconservative Michael Chertoff, who had been the 2nd United States Secretary of Homeland Security under President George W. Bush.
Reporty’s Capabilities
In another Justice Department document available in the Epstein Library, the company answers questions in 2014 and explains its own expectations of Reporty’s capabilities and main functions:
Indoor Location Algorithm: Developed over 2 years, providing 1-meter localisation accuracy without needing special hardware. It uses machine learning and Big Data algorithms. Claims to address the challenge of Indoor Mapping, creating human-readable labels for indoor locations through crowdsourced data.
Unique Data Collection: Collects “human-labelled indoor location data”, allowing for a comprehensive database of indoor mapping. They claim competing companies need 2-3 years to replicate the technology and data correlation systems.
Real-Time Video Streaming: Controlled video streaming via user smartphones for incident reporting, creating a 360-degree view in real-time.
Privacy and Legal Compliance: Designed with modularity for global regulatory compliance. The system claims it does not save user data and collects only necessary registration details for real-time assistance. The first version allowed no video sharing on social media to protect user privacy.
User Engagement and Adoption Strategies: Focused on crowd adoption through user-friendly design and direct connection to law enforcement. They offered real-time communication with dispatchers to enhance user experience. Gamification and community security features encourage ongoing user interaction.
Inclusive Safety Network: Acts as a “one-stop-shop” safety app for citizens to report incidents, keeping them connected with local authorities and updates. Offers a platform for guardians to monitor designated individuals, like children, a veritable babysitting app.
Innovative Reporting System: Enables instant reporting of emergencies, connecting users directly to the appropriate authorities. Automatically filters reports to reduce false positives based on user credibility scores.
Global Coverage: Designed to function internationally, assisting users in emergency situations regardless of their location.
Competitive Advantages: Superior technology compared to competing apps, such as integration with authorities and real-time communication capabilities. SaaS model with potential partnership opportunities for growth in safe city projects.
Market Potential: Addressing the urbanisation and security needs of an increasingly urban population globally. The trend towards smarter city projects presents a growth opportunity for integration into existing safety systems.
They claimed that by leveraging these capabilities, Reporty Homeland Security aimed to establish a comprehensive public safety platform that is both innovative and practical for users and authorities alike.
Security Risks from Reporty’s Personal Data Access
There are various key issues related to Israeli intelligence officers gaining access to the personal data of private American citizens, regardless of whether they’re viewed as allies or not. Although I don’t want to insult your intelligence by pointing out the obvious, it is worth noting that part of Epstein’s expertise was in clandestine compromise operations.
Targeting Individuals:
- Surveillance: The Israeli state could use access to personal data and location information for surveillance purposes, tracking individuals of interest, such as political activists or security personnel.
- Kidnapping or Coercion: Knowing the whereabouts and daily routines of individuals could enable hostile entities to kidnap, intimidate, or coerce them, creating a security threat to those individuals and their families.
Compromised Public Safety:
- Direct Interference: If an enemy state gains real-time video streaming capabilities, it could monitor law enforcement and emergency responses and intervene in ways that disrupt public safety operations.
- False Reporting and Misinformation: Enemy actors could deliberately cause chaos by submitting false reports, overwhelming emergency services, and reducing their effectiveness during actual incidents.
Data Manipulation and Exploitation of Vulnerabilities:
- Leveraging Insights: An enemy state may analyse trends in emergency reports and incidents to identify vulnerabilities in a nation’s security infrastructure, potentially planning attacks or sabotage.
- Manipulating Data: They could manipulate or corrupt data to create confusion, erode trust in public safety systems, or even engineer responses that don’t align with the actual emergency.
Psychological Warfare:
- Creating Fear: By monitoring and disseminating information about threats or incidents, an enemy state could foster fear among the populace, erode trust in authorities, and create social unrest.
- Undermining Morale: Access to real-time reporting could be used to exploit sensitive societal issues, undermining citizens’ morale by exposing failures in public safety.
Legal and Ethical Implications and Violation of Privacy Rights:
- Data Breach and Abuse: An enemy state gaining access to personal data raises serious ethical concerns and could violate individual privacy rights and international human rights laws.
Political Manipulation, Erosion of Trust, & Strategic Vulnerability:
- Undermining Democratic Processes: Access to critical data could be used to influence or disrupt democratic processes, such as elections or civic engagement, by targeting specific demographics with misinformation campaigns.
- Loss of Public Confidence: If enemy states access sensitive information, public trust in public safety systems and the government could erode, potentially increasing compliance and security challenges.
- National Security Threat: Overall, compromised access to sensitive data creates broader national security vulnerabilities, endangering not just individuals but institutions and societal frameworks essential for maintaining order and safety.
Reporty Homeland Security is an example of a potential enemy state making an app which endangers national security. It is designed to misuse information and personal data in ways that undermine its host country. It presents a multifaceted threat that encompasses individual security, public safety, ethical considerations, and national security consequences. Each threat Reporty poses underscores the need to safeguard sensitive data and implement security measures to prevent unauthorised access.
Epstein’s Coordination of the Reporty Operation
By December 2014, the Reporty Homeland Security operation was in full swing. Also within the so-called Epstein Files, emails to and from Reporty CEO Amir Elichai show us the role Darren Indyke, Jeffrey Epstein’s key legal advisor, played in managing and organising Reporty Homeland Security. Indyke became central to organising meetings and conference calls between such people as Amir Elichai, Ehud Barak, Nicole Junkermann, Professor Gal Kaminka (noted as a Reporty advisor), Alex Dizengoff, Lital Leshem, and Reporty’s Lawyer, Yoel Keinan of Keinan Law Office.
Professor Gal Kaminka is known for his contributions to AI and robotics. His work emphasises the importance of human interaction in intelligent systems. His work has implications in various sectors, including technology development, user interface design, and automation. Professor Gal also lists himself as an army member from 1990 to 1993.
Lital Leshem describes herself as an “American-Israeli entrepreneur and corporate advisor experienced in rapidly scaling startups, a Forbes 30 Under 30 awardee, and a founding member of the UAE Israel Business Council”. She was previously employed in military intelligence for the IDF between July 2005 to August 2011, where she reached the rank of Major Res.
Epstein’s preferred lawyer, Darren Indyke, and Epstein’s former girlfriend, Nicole Junkermann, were the only non-Israelis involved in forming Reporty Homeland Security. So, is it fair to ask whether they were officially functioning as Israeli spies?
By March 2016, Reporty’s monthly reports noted the launch of Reporty Version 0.8.65, which included support for Android and Hebrew. They also noted that high demand for Reporty’s system from countries like Indonesia, Colombia, the U.S., and Korea necessitated dedicated sales resources for effective engagement. They reported a bank balance of 1,087,133.77 NIS (New Israeli Shekels), which roughly translates to $329,220.73 US Dollars. The document also proposed pursuing a Convertible Bridge Loan to raise between $4M-$6M.
Reporty’s roadmap remained intact and ambitious by January 2016. During the 12 months from January 2015, one of Reporty’s goals was to take over the Israeli market entirely and launch its beta version. They raised an initial $4 million, which covered 95% of Reporty’s first-year costs. By then, the company reported 10-14 employees, 9 Israeli pilots, and 5 paying customers in Israel alone, totalling 225,000 users. Total costs during that period came to $993,652, with total expected income of $290,000. They also noted that they needed another $1 million in new investments.
By July 2017, communications between Nicole Junkermann and Ehud Barak appear again in the Epstein Files because she CC’d Epstein. In that email, Junkermann states that Reporty is establishing local subsidiaries to facilitate international expansion. Her communication suggests both an ambitious growth strategy and the complexities that come with it. Junkermann expresses reservations about diluting the parent company’s holdings, emphasising the importance of retaining value in the core entity, described as “Reporty HS”. She suggests raising capital through the subsidiaries to maintain the integrity of the parent company’s equity structure.
Nicole Junkermann also puts forward concerns about choosing Cyprus for the European subsidiary, saying it is “raising eyebrows” and implying potential legal, political, or reputational issues that may arise from this decision. Junkermann recommends Luxembourg as an alternative, suggesting it may offer a more favourable business environment, possibly due to regulatory, fiscal, or political stability. Junkermann also suggests collaboration, naming Carlos Slim as a potential partner, and the need to align with established local entities to strengthen capital investment and market-entry strategies.
Carlos Slim is a highly influential figure in business and philanthropy. His strategic investments and leadership in telecommunications have made him a pivotal player in Mexico’s and Latin America’s economies.
Nicole Junkermann’s Involvement With Reporty
The emails available to us in the Epstein Library show us that Nicole Junkermann was central to organising Reporty Homeland Security via funding from Jeffrey Epstein on behalf of high-ranking Israeli intelligence officials. The goal was clear. They planned to build a company which could replace emergency services in almost any country on Earth.
Reporty was not simply looking to provide its services in Israel; the company reported significant interest in countries around the world. In 2016, they reported that the famous benign dictatorship of Singapore was a major Reporty client. They also noted that they had started speaking with potential customers in Russia, South Africa, and Brazil. Going on to state in their 2016 forecast:
“We already have some potential partnerships with Safe city companies that are looking to offer us as to be a complementary product for their existing solution. (For example: Mer-group — working in Argentina, Africa and more). This step is super important and we need to choose carefully our marketing channel and our strategic partnerships.”
Junkermann played a central role in organising Reporty, an Israeli military intelligence-linked app that was created as a parasite, planning to feed off the private data of citizens of the nation state in which it was embedded. If the same company had been presented only by former members of the Israeli elite special forces, then governments around the globe would have probably rejected the business as a potential national security risk. However, Nicole Junkermann’s involvement meant that the product could be fronted by a non-Israeli state actor.
As I reported in 2020, in the NEWSPASTE article Nicole Junkermann 3.0: Model or Mossad, Carbyne911 was featured in a Forbes online article dated 17 March that year, and written by Deniz Cam and Thomas Brewster, entitled: “To Fight Coronavirus, This City Is Asking 911 Callers To Agree To Self Surveillance.” The mainstream duo of journalists stated:
“These responders are now using a tool built in part by former members of Israel’s military intelligence—Elichai being one—that’s backed by Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, who is now the company’s chairman, and a small, passive investment from deceased multimillionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.”
The journalists quickly gloss over the Epstein connection and label it as “a small, passive investment”. However, the Epstein Library documents prove without a shadow of a doubt that Jeffrey Epstein’s role was very far from being “passive”. The article also completely failed to mention Junkermann or her private equity firm, NJF Capital. It seems more about manufacturing consent for Carbyne911 than reporting the facts.
In reality, Peter Thiel and Jeffrey Epstein had both invested alongside Ehud Barak and Nicole Junkermann. And, while Junkermann was busy making Carbyne911 a success, she was also working and investing with another associate of both Thiel and Epstein, Elon Musk.
Junkermann sold part of her constellation satellite array, Swarm, to SpaceX, and in return, became part of Musk’s enterprise. As I also reported in 2024 and 2025, Elon Musk and Jeffrey Epstein were linked via John Brockman’s Edge Foundation. Musk attended Edge Masterclasses in 2008 and 2009 on Behavioural Insights and Synthetic Genomics, respectively. Epstein funded the latter masterclass, which Elon Musk hosted partly at SpaceX and also attended.
Junkermann, Epstein, Musk, and Thiel have all helped fundamentally shape the Technocracy that has sprung up around us. They have done so with the help of former high-ranking Israeli military and intelligence officials in a manner which undermines the national security of almost every country on Earth and supports an ongoing genocide happening in the Middle East. A very small group of global-leaning wealthy elites and the ruling class designed the current iteration of the Technocracy.
It is the Technocracy of the genocidal Globalist. It is the Technocracy of the ruling class.
It is the Technocracy designed by the IDF, funded by the CIA, and made manifest by Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Nicole Junkermann and the International Money-man of Mystery, Jeffrey Edward Epstein.
