On 1 September 2002, Jeffrey Epstein and Nicole Junkermann met with the heads of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence at Leslie Wexner’s UK hunting retreat. The reason: WAR IN IRAQ!
Since August 2019, I’ve been trying to solve this riddle: Who were the two senators who secretly met with Nicole Junkermann and Jeffrey Epstein at Leslie Wexner’s Foxcote House in the United Kingdom on 1 September 2002? The answer makes a lot of sense.
I asked the internet for help in July 2019 after writing my first article about Nicole Junkermann. She was recorded flying on Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous Lolita Express on three occasions. This included landing at Birmingham Airport in the United Kingdom. I was right to ask the internet for the answer. Soon, I had more details about the event which Jeffrey Epstein and Nicole Junkermann attended while in the United Kingdom.
I knew that they had taken a Bristows helicopter from Birmingham Airport to a helipad at Leslie and Abigail Wexner’s Warwickshire hunting retreat, Foxcote House. I also knew that they were there to meet two sitting United States Senators. However, I didn’t know the senators’ identities. I was also aware of two major events involving the US Senate in the subsequent few months that could be of concern to Jeffrey Epstein. The National AMBER Alert Network Act of 2002 was to be put forward by Hilary Clinton a few days later, and the vote to go to war in Iraq was passed the following month, on 10th October 2002.
My second Junkermann investigation, in August 2019, detailed the Luntz/Wexner analysis. The 2003 leaked intelligence paper detailed ways Israel could support the propaganda campaign to push for a mutually beneficial war in Iraq. I documented everything I knew about the night in question from the information I’d gathered. I soon wrote the third Junkermann article, which examined her life from 1995 onward.
Seven tumultuous years have passed. In that time, I’ve been censored, threatened, harassed, and I’ve experienced focused strategic litigation designed to eliminate me from the internet. Recently, everything changed. Nicole Junkermann was revealed as a confirmed associate of Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, the revelations have been relatively salacious. As the wall of censorship against me has slightly lifted, I began re-releasing the articles and read-throughs that have been affected by geo blocks, bans, and deletions. Once Andrew Mountbatten was arrested, I again asked the internet to help me identify these two Senators. Again, the internet came through!
The Two Senators
I knew that whichever Senator was at Foxcote House on 1st September 2002, they would likely be significantly linked to the decision to go to war with Iraq. Jeffrey Epstein’s number one backer, Ohio businessman Leslie Wexner, was focused on influencing America’s military action in the Middle East.
Between 1st September and 8th September 2002, two US Senators were in the United Kingdom. Senator Bob Graham, the long-time Florida Senator who was then the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Senator Richard Shelby, who was the Vice Chairman. The two senators are recorded as meeting representatives of MI5 and MI6, but there is no mention of them meeting Jeffrey Epstein or Nicole Junkermann.
The trip was a bipartisan effort, with Graham being a Democrat and Shelby being a Republican. During this trip, Graham and Shelby also met with the head of MI6, Sir Richard Dearlove, with the discussions focused on Iraq-related intelligence and post-9/11 oversight.
If this was an effort to influence Graham and Shelby to simply vote for the Iraq War, it didn’t work. Although Shelby voted to go to war in Iraq, Graham voted against military action. Of 100 senators, 77 voted to go to war, while 23 voted nay. Given that the vote was not close, there appears to be no reason to lobby individual Senators. However, there was more at play than just the Iraq War.
In the same year as the meetings with Epstein, Junkermann, MI5, MI6 and the Senators took place, Shelby was also investigated for leaking to media outlets classified intercepted messages which related to pre-9/11 warnings. The federal investigators who looked into the allegations concluded Shelby was the likely source of the leaks, and the case was referred to the Senate Ethics Committee in 2004. No criminal charges were filed. Between 1997 and 2001, Shelby served as Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, overseeing the intelligence agencies, including the CIA.
There are a multitude of reasons why the Israel lobby would want to influence the heads of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence during this period. Firstly, they were investigating 9/11, and as we can infer by the infamous and well-documented case of the Dancing Israelis, it appeared that Israel had some form of prior knowledge of the September 11 attacks. During this period, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence was not only scrutinising intelligence on both 9/11 and Iraq, but was also being scrutinised.
In October 1998, the Wye River Memorandum was signed. It was a key interim agreement in the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, which was mediated by President Bill Clinton. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat agreed to implement aspects of the 1993 Oslo Accords, which included Israelis withdrawing troops from parts of the West Bank, Palestinian anti-terror security commitments, alongside other measures.
Netanyahu also asked Clinton to include the release of the Israeli spy, Jonathan Pollard, to help sell the deal to hardline elements in his Israeli coalition. Some Israelis believed that the Wye River agreement granted too many concessions to the Palestinian Authority, and Shelby opposed tying Pollard’s fate to the peace plan. It was claimed that, as the Chairman of the SSCI, Shelby had access to classified details of the Pollard case, and that helped him form his decision to oppose Pollard’s release.
Both Graham and Shelby were not only opposing policies which benefited Israel, but they also occupied crucial leadership roles with direct oversight of the major intelligence agencies in the US. These were the exact men Israel needed to compromise and, to catch the biggest fish, required the tastiest bait.
On September 1, 2002, Ilmington in Warwickshire became the site of a highly significant compromise operation. There are not many times in history when such an occasion has been documented in such detail. We have two Senators, who hold the most important intelligence oversight roles in the United States, arriving at a mansion owned by Leslie and Abigail Wexner. There, they will meet Epstein, who is almost entirely funded by Wexner, and two very attractive women, including Nicole Junkermann. There are Secret Service personnel and British security present. The UK security services knew the Senators were coming to the United Kingdom and would have been obliged to provide a security detail.
In 2022, I made separate Freedom of Information requests to the Metropolitan Police, Warwickshire Police and the Ministry of Defence. The Met and Warwickshire Police refused my requests based on national security grounds, among other reasons. The Ministry of Defence denied they held any information about this meeting. Regardless of the official response in 2022, the situation has changed significantly since then.
On the evening of Saturday, 1st September 2002, Jeffrey Epstein walked into the main building at Foxcote House with Nicole Junkermann on one arm and a beautiful brunette on the other. My sources said they saw the main surveillance unit and claimed there were cameras in every room of the house. What we don’t know is whether Senator Bob Graham or Senator Richard Shelby succumbed to temptation, or how deeply involved they could have been with this network.
People tend to view these kinds of spy games in relatively simplistic terms. Most people will assume that the actors involved in such an affair are either inert and play the role of the victim, or are active and play the part of the manipulator. However, there is no black-and-white in the world of espionage.
Always the Arab, Never the Jew
It would be very easy for us to conclude that Graham and Shelby were somewhat opposed to Israel on the face of their actions. It must be considered that Graham’s vote against going to war in Iraq and Shelby’s disgust at the release of Pollard were purposeful public sentiments opposing Israel. At the same time, they leaked official documents and held secret meetings with Israeli-linked intelligence lobbyists and interlocutors.
On 10th September 2001, the NSA intercepted two Arabic-language messages. The messages read “The match begins tomorrow” or “The match is about to begin” and “Tomorrow is zero hour.” The communications, which could have been perceived as proof of an imminent threat, were not translated into English until the day after 9/11, and this was viewed as a potential lapse in real-time intelligence sharing between the CIA, FBI and the NSA. On June 19, 2002, the Senate Intelligence Committee held a closed-door meeting at which it was briefed on two Arabic-language messages intercepted by the NSA.
Directly after the briefing, Shelby allegedly disclosed this classified information verbally to Carl Cameron, then the Fox News chief political correspondent, during an interview. Shelby had publicly expressed frustration with failures in cooperation and the lack of cooperation between agencies such as the NSA and the CIA. Shelby adamantly denied leaking the information and stated that he and his staff fully cooperated with investigators.
The leak of this information prompted an immediate federal probe by the FBI and the Department of Justice, which began in mid-2002. The investigation focused on whether the disclosure violated the Espionage Act or any other national security statutes. A grand jury was empanelled, and the probe lasted over two years, involving interviews with journalists, committee staff, and intelligence officials.
The grand jury found the messages were too vague and failed to reveal sources or methods, and by August 2004, federal investigators concluded that Shelby was “almost certainly” or “the likely source” of the leak. The DOJ decided not to pursue criminal charges and eventually referred the matter to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics. On the face of it, this incident seems pretty insignificant and unlikely to undermine national security. However, Shelby’s decision to leak this information could be viewed through a pro-Israeli lens.
The official narrative behind 9/11 is almost a parody on occasion. Muslim terrorists in a Tora Bora cave network successfully plotted a complex series of attacks aimed at the most secure targets in the United States, which they carried out with box cutters. In reality, there is a lot of significant evidence which points to the involvement of Saudi intelligence, the Pakistani ISI and Israeli Mossad. Shelby didn’t leak any information which broke the official narrative concerning 9/11; instead, he leaked extremely weak information which backed up the official narrative.
“The match is about to begin” and “Tomorrow is zero hour” are in no way conclusive proof showing foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks. The ensuing investigation only served to repeat the allegations that the 9/11 attacks were led by Arab terrorists. Graham was also concerned with proliferating information aimed at shoring up the official narrative. Bob Graham also co-chaired the Joint Inquiry into 9/11 and pushed for the declassification of the “28 pages” on potential Saudi links to the hijackers and the alleged cover-ups related to that investigation.
The meeting at Foxcote House shows that, while the chairman and co-chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence were busily leaking information supporting the official narrative into the public arena, they were also meeting in secret with people who were lobbying for Israel’s interests. Not only were they meeting intelligence representatives of MI5 and MI6, but they were also meeting Jeffrey Epstein, a known intelligence asset with links to the CIA, the Mossad, and various other national intelligence agencies. The fact that Epstein had brought two stunningly beautiful women to the secret meeting suggests that this was a compromise/influence operation. To believe that Jeffrey Epstein was recording unwitting senators engaging in sex acts with female compromise agents is a little naive. It is likely that these people are all on the same side. There is no reason to need to compromise an ally who will do your bidding regardless.
9/11 and Iraq Are Inextricably Linked
The majority of intelligence agents on Earth deal in the same currency: they gather precious DATA and analyse it to determine how best to influence future events. For that, they need to gain access to the best DATA available. If you want to know what the FBI, CIA and NSA know, instead of infiltrating each of those organisations at the highest levels, you could just infiltrate the top tier of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. In fact, it’s clear that Graham and Shelby would have had an almost symbiotic relationship with the American intelligence community. They may have occasionally been outspoken and passionate, but they were also promoting the official narrative.
In fact, the Chair and Co-Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence are high-level gatekeepers for intelligence. They can control the flow of information and have special access to confidential and top-secret information from agencies such as the CIA, FBI, and NSA. Essentially, the SSCI is one of the many ways that the Establishment controls the narrative.
On this occasion, Jeffrey Epstein appears to be hosting the Senators on behalf of Leslie Wexner and the US-based Israeli lobby. Epstein had various links to the CIA and the Mossad; both agencies would love to influence the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. However, this meeting was the first leg of a week-long intelligence tour of the United Kingdom by Graham and Shelby. My personal opinion is that this is a perfect example of Western intelligence partners meeting in secret to arrange and control the official narrative.
We know that this happens; we all experienced the context and consequences of these meetings. The Western intelligence community formed an official narrative concerning 9/11, which allowed them to manipulate the public to accept military action in Iraq.
Within 6 months of this meeting, the multinational operation was launched to provide false information to the public about Iraq’s WMD program. On 3rd February 2003, Tony Blair and Alistair Campbell became veritable war criminals with the release of the so-called Dodgy Dossier. On 5 February 2003, United States Secretary of State Colin Powell delivered his infamous presentation to the United Nations Security Council. Powell used a PowerPoint presentation to claim that Iraq was violating UN Security Council Resolution 1441 by producing weapons of mass destruction. The following month, the war in Iraq began.
The plan to falsify information about Iraq’s WMD program didn’t begin in February 2003. The British and Americans had clearly coordinated their efforts, and Shelby and Graham were officially in the United Kingdom to meet with close allies to discuss counterterrorism and intelligence matters post-9/11 and amid emerging concerns about Iraq.
The meeting at Foxcote House raises many questions about not only the American security services and their relationship with figures like Junkermann and Epstein, but also the British. If members of MI5 and/or MI6 were present at Leslie Wexner’s Foxcote House, colluding with 2 US Senators and Jeffrey Epstein to illegally go to war in Iraq, the people of the United Kingdom deserve to know.
The war in Iraq was vital to the Israeli lobby, and Wexner used his entire network to ensure it happened. Epstein and Wexner used money, power, sex, and compromise to ensure the murder of anywhere between 150,000 and a million Iraqi civilians. You cannot view this meeting as a singular event. Graham and Shelby were only in the United Kingdom to discuss both the past, 9/11, and the future, Iraq.
The establishment must often rewrite history to form a fitting narrative. During this period, the entire world knew that the narrative surrounding 9/11 would dictate the future events in Iraq. After all, as George Orwell once wrote, those who control the past, control the future.
NB: I spent 7 years searching for the identity of the senators who met with Junkermann and Epstein at Foxcote House. I put out many requests to the public for assistance. The week before I wrote this article, someone gave me a tip which led directly to the answer.
